Rambler portal launches editorial analytics on the basis of online questionnaires of users
Rambler’s editorial office monitors the interests of their users in various orientations and themes, from socio-political to cultural and entertainment. The data is collected on the basis of questionnaires and votes with the participation of tens of thousands of respondents. Questionnaires can be organized for any editorial tasks or goals, as well as at the request of mass media. Information including the outcome is available on the same day.
Thanks to the widget integrated into news the result is reached in the shortest time, allowing for immediate analysis of the received data. The number of respondents can vary from several thousand (in blitz-questionnaires) to several tens of thousands in votes on hot topics. For example, a questionnaire on the day of Donald Trump’s victory in the US elections got over 180,000 votes.
"Well-coordinated work of the editorial office, who are masterfully operating the news content, makes it possible in realtime to see the interests and opinions of readers regarding the news agenda," says Nikolay Kosyak, editor-in-chief at Rambler/news.
